Abstract

|
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of social support on the job satisfaction of care workers. This study investigated 300 care workers at long-term care facilities in Gyeonggi Province. The independent variable is the social support for them. The dependent variable is their job satisfaction. The control variables are the personal characteristics and job environment of care workers. The statistical methodologies are frequency, reliability, T-test, Oneway Anova, and hierarchical regression analysis. The analysing result is that the social support of care workers affects their job satisfaction to a great extent.
